We're looking forward to welcoming you to Still Water Retreat. To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following before your visit.

NOWCA Membership

Required for All Lake Use

All swimmers  - must be registered NOWCA members.

NOWCA membership costs £20 per year and can be completed online. Once registered, NOWCA will email you full instructions on how the system works and how to download the app.

Your membership includes public liability insurance while taking part in activities at affiliated venues such as Still Water Retreat.

The NOWCA system also enhances safety by:

• Recording your check-in and check-out times
• Monitoring your time in the water
• Helping ensure all users are safely accounted for

Booking Your Session

All activities must be booked in advance through the NOWCA App. This system manages session availability, safety monitoring, and site access:
