Safety & Equipment
- Tow floats are mandatory for all swimmers
- Please wear appropriate clothing for the current water temperature
- Follow all on-site safety guidance and NOWCA procedures at all times
Facilities
- Under cover changing area available
Sauna Etiquette
- Sit on a towel at all times for hygiene
- Keep sessions to a reasonable length (10–15 minutes recommended)
- Stay well hydrated before and after use
- Enter and exit the sauna quietly, keeping noise to a minimum
- No oils or products to be used inside the sauna
